At each Annual Meeting, the American College of Trial Lawyers hosts a Thursday luncheon in the federal judicial district in which the meeting is held. Women Fellow meeting attendees are invited to join a number of female New York district judges for lunch where they can benefit from the unique opportunity for valuable interchange between bench and bar. Each judge will be encouraged to invite two women lawyers to join her at the luncheon. This is an exceptional opportunity for female Fellows to meet and mentor talented lawyers with whom they can share their passion and experiences that have shaped them as trial lawyers. Through these connections, women Fellows can inspire the next generation to embrace the College's standards of ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality.

This year's event will be hosted by Downstate New York State Committee Chair Sharon L. McCarthy and joined by the Hon. Laura Taylor Swain, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
