Ellis Island Event Information
Your evening begins with a 15-minute ferry ride in New York's majestic harbor. Sail past Lady Liberty before disembarking like millions of immigrants who arrived on Ellis Island beginning in 1892 to escape religious persecution, political strife, unemployment and difficult circumstances.
Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres upon arrival. Explore the newly opened exhibit: "Immigrant Journeys: The Making of the United States," visit the Immigrant Wall of Honor, begin tracing your lineage in the Records Discovery Center, or step outside to take in the sweeping views of Lady Liberty and the iconic Manhattan skyline.
