Two Hotel Options
There are two hotels with group room rates available. There are limited rooms at the Waldorf-Astoria, with additional rooms at the InterContinental, directly across the street. Rate information for both hotels is listed below.
Hotel reservations can only be made after your registration for the Annual Meeting is complete. The booking link for both hotels will be provided in your ACTL meeting confirmation email.

Group Rates at the Waldorf-Astoria
Deluxe King: $850+ tax per night
Junior Suite: $925+ tax per night
Group rate ends September 25, or once sold out
To avoid a cancellation penalty, Individuals must notify the hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

- 15% discount on spa services
Valet Parking through the hotel at 301 Park Ave, with entry on 49th Street.

Group Rate at the InterContinental
Premium Room: $499+ tax per night
Government Rate: A limited number of rooms are available at the InterContinental on a first-come, first-served basis as registration is received by eligible Public Service Fellows. Please reply to your meeting confirmation email after you have completed registration to request a government rate room. Room types may vary.

Rooming Price Includes:
- Premium Guest Room Wi-Fi internet access
Valet Parking:
$85.00 plus taxes for 24 hours and $120.00 plus taxes for 36 hours. In/out privileges are not permitted.
