This panel discussion and demonstration will discuss the American and Canadian court guidelines and directives and rules of evidence (including proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Evidence) relevant to trial lawyers’ use of AI and will explore the new and emerging AI tools that can be safely and effectively integrated into trial preparation and used at trial.
