In addition to addressing the rules/directives governing the use of AI in the US and Canada (including proposed Federal Rule of Evidence 707), this panel will provide practical tips for incorporating AI tools into every day practice to improve writing and increase efficiency, and will review and demonstrate available AI tools to assist with case preparation and analysis.
