Public Defenders Committee

Mandate: To represent the interests of the College in ways favorable to the protection of the rights of criminal defendants and the pursuit of equal justice for indigent defendants, and to advance the interests of lawyers and other defense professionals assigned to represent them. The Committee is open to all Fellows who engage in, or have engaged in, indigent defense, and others who are interested in promoting equal justice for indigent defendants.
