Amicus Brief Form

The American College of Trial Lawyers rarely submits amicus curiae briefs. Requests for such submissions should be made using this form.

The College’s Task Force on Amicus Briefs considers these requests and makes recommendations to the Executive Committee and Board of Regents as to whether the College should act.
