President John Day and his wife Joy traveled to Richmond to attend the Virginia State Fellows Dinner. The evening began with a cocktail reception, followed by dinner at the Omni Hotel. Several Fellows were in attendance, including Past President Mike Smith, State Chair John Lichtenstein and Regent Kearns Davis. The evening included a tribute to Past President Smith and his wife Ellen Bain Smith, led by Fellow Dave Harless. President Day concluded the evening with remarks on the Annual Meeting, the Reputation Project, the CORE Task Force, public statements, and encouraged the Fellows to continue searching for qualified candidates for induction.
