President Day and his wife Joy attended the Utah Fellows Dinner, held at Matteo Ristorante Italiano, an Italian restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City. About twenty-five Fellows, together with their spouses, attended the dinner. Attendees included Past President Fran Wikstrom and Regent Carolyn Fairless. Following dinner, President Day delivered brief remarks to the attendees. The group then honored Fellow Alan Sullivan, who spoke of his love for the College and his appreciation for the College’s remarks on the rule of law and the need for an independent judiciary.
