Tim Englers practice revolves around helping resolve business and personal disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. His vast experience with jury trials has gained recognition by others culminating in his admission as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Tim is also well versed as an arbitrator and mediator, and he is one of eight Nebraska lawyers admitted to the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Most of his practice involves commercial disputes, personal injury, both plaintiff and defense, and employment litigation.
However, Tims experiences include handling cases that involve class actions, patents and other IP cases, securities fraud, and RICO. Tim is very active in the Bar Association and currently serves as the President of the NSBA. When not practicing law, Tim enjoys all Nebraska sports, golf, and working in the yard.
