Thomas John Hurney, Jr.

Tom Hurney has over forty one years experience in the litigation and trial of cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death and mass tort. He has substantial trial experience in medical professional liability and health law, as well as product liability and toxic tort. He is the President of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. He was inducted into the College in 2007. Tom graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1983.
