Thomas E. Peisch (ret)

A renowned and sought-after trial lawyer, Tom has successfully defended executives and companies in high stakes cases and tried over 50 cases to jury verdict or jury-waived decision. His clients range from consumer products manufacturers to professional service providers, particularly in the legal and healthcare fields. His practice focuses on commercial and tort litigation, including professional malpractice, product liability, toxic torts and insurance coverage disputes. As a former prosecutor, Tom also has extensive experience advising clients on state and federal regulatory issues.

In addition, Toms experience includes serving as a mediator and discovery master, and as an expert witness in matters involving negligence and misconduct claims against lawyers. Tom was appointed by the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts to the Board of Bar Overseers and also served as its Vice-Chair.
