Shauna Johnson Clark

Shauna Johnson Clark is Norton Rose Fulbright’s US Chair as well as the Head of Employment and Labor, United States. Shauna joined the firm in 1994 and has served in multiple leadership roles during her tenure. In addition to her current leadership roles, Shauna has served as the firms Global Chair and Partner-in-Charge of the Houston office. Shauna is a nationally recognized expert in labor and employment law and board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Shauna is a seasoned and skilled trial lawyer and a trusted advisor to clients across industries who seek her strategic and thoughtful approach to sensitive and high-stakes employment claims. Shauna has litigated and tried cases in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings around the country. Shauna has been a first-chair litigator for jury, bench and administrative trials under all employment law statutes, including class and collective actions under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act as well as executive breach of contact actions.

Outside of work, Shauna enjoys spending time with her husband, Morris Clark, their four children, and dog Cajun.
