Seth Erbe is the Chief of the Financial Fraud and Public Corruption Section for the U.S. Attorneys Office for the District of Puerto Rico. He has held that position since 2020. He also serves as the districts Environmental Litigation Coordinator. His section specializes in complex and high-profile criminal investigations, including bribery cases, ponzi schemes, securities fraud, and other while-collar crimes.

In his eleven plus years of experience with the U.S. Attorneys Office, he is responsible for the successful prosecution of various federal, state, and local government officials involving the theft and misuse of millions of dollars in federal funds.

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Seth graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, attended law school at the University of San Diego, clerked for the Honorable Daniel R. Dominguez, and spent 10 years in federal civil litigation at Indiano & Williams, PSC.
