Rodney Acker

Rodney is a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, USA LLC with his principal office in Dallas TX. Rodney is admitted to practice in both Texas and New York. Rodney has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1983. Rodney is consistently (since 1999) listed in Best Lawyers in America for expertise in Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Securities, and Banking and Finance, and has twice been named Dallas Lawyer of the Year in Securities Litigation by Best lawyers in America; Rodney has also been consistently listed in Chambers, Law Dragon and Super Lawyers.
Rodney was inducted as a Fellow in the College in 1997 and has served as President, President Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, Regent for Region 6, as Chair of the National Trial Competition Committee, and as a Trustee of the Foundation. Rodney is also a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, The International Society of Barristers, as a member of ABOTA, and in the Patrick Higginbotham American Inn of Court.
