Robert E. Schmitt

Robert E. Bob Schmitt has been a trial attorney for over 50 years practicing primarily in the area of personal injury litigation, although he has handled and tried cases involving many different areas of the law. He has significant experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants and has been lead counsel in approximately 100 civil jury trials.

Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree in business in 1968, as well as his Juris Doctorate in 1973, with both degrees from Arizona State University. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Bob has been married to his first wife, Dianne, for over 50 years and is the proud father of five, grandfather of 16 and great-grandfather of 1.
