Richard B. Schwamm is the Senior Partner in the Orlando office of Haliczer Pettis & Schwamm. Richard mainly focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice litigation, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury. With more than 34 years of experience, Richards litigation practice is devoted to helping families who have suffered a devastating injury or loss. His strategic approach of only taking significant injury cases and a small number of them allows him and his team to focus their time, energy, and resources on only the most serious injury cases. Richard frequently lectures and teaches other lawyers about medical malpractice litigation, advanced trial strategies and technological advances in the practice of law. Richard lives in Winter Garden with his wife and children.
