Randy Papetti

Randy’s practice focuses on business litigation. His law firm sits on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and consists of several of the top business litigators in Arizona. Randy’s pro bono work includes his authorship of the leading medico-legal text on the forensic unreliability of a medical theory known as the Shaken Baby Syndrome, and he has successfully handled several habeas, criminal, and other matters where parents and other caretakers had been wrongfully accused based on the theory.
