Peter practices criminal defense and civil litigation in Montana state and federal courts. He also represents professionals in licensing matters and students in academic misconduct and Title IX proceedings.
Peter currently serves as a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference (20232026) and is a member of the Ninth Circuits Standing Committee on Federal Public Defenders (20242026). He is a proud member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel in both the Districts of Montana and Alaska.
