Kevin J. Kuhn

Kevin Kuhn is a partner in the national civil litigation firm Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP. He has represented clients in more than 135 trials to verdict, including 80 jury and 55 bench trials. Kevin has extensive experience defending high-stakes medical malpractice and professional liability claims, in addition to catastrophic personal injury and complex commercial litigation.

A former U.S. Air Force JAG officer, Kevin retired with the rank of Reserve Colonel. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Kevin is an alumnus of the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
