Karen K. Bailey

Ms. Bailey has a unique perspective on defense of insurance claims, due to her prior experience working for an insurance company. With her experience both within the insurance company and as outside counsel, Karen Bailey brings special insight to her practice of insurance defense. A proven litigator, she represents insurers and insureds in a variety of areas. In addition, she is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating standard.

Ms. Bailey is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. She is also a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, past President of Nebraska Defense Counsel Association and the Iowa-Nebraska International Association of Special Investigation Units. She has been appointed to the Nebraska Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. She has also received her designation as a Certified Litigation Management Professional through the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
