Harold T. Daniel, Jr.

Harold T. Daniel, Jr. is a partner in the Atlanta office of Holland & Knight LLP. He focuses his practice on complex business litigation, including antitrust, securities, RICO, business torts and other commercial cases. He has also represented major law firms in litigation involving recovery of attorney’s fees and costs, attorney sanctions and RICO claims. He has tried more than 50 cases to jury verdicts in several states. Mr. Daniel has been qualified as an expert witness on the subject of attorney’s fees and other law practice issues in federal and state courts, and he has been appointed as a special master by the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Mr. Daniel served as president of the State Bar of Georgia and received its Distinguished Service Award. He has been active in the American Bar Association and served on its Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary, Federal Judicial Improvements Committee and Commission on Separation of Powers and Judicial Independence.

He earned his B.A. and J.D. from Emory University.
