Emily C. Guenin-Hodson, a cum laude graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington’s Maurer School of Law, has been a practicing attorney at Guenin Law Office, P.C. since 2003. She holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Butler University, where she earned high honors in English and highest honors in philosophy. Admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2003, she is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Emilys legal career is distinguished by her dedication to personal injury law, as recognized by her membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Emily has held several leadership roles, including serving as President of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) in 2023-2024.
