Daniel J. Sears

Dan Sears has been a state prosecutor, a Special Attorney for the U. S. Department of Justice, an Assistant U. S. Attorney, and the first Federal Public Defender for Colorado. He has argued before the U. S. Supreme Court and obtained reversal of his client’s false statement conviction. He has been listed in Best Lawyers of America for over forty years, and in Super Lawyers since the inception of the publication. He served as state chair of the Colorado chapter of the American College of Trial and a term as president of the Faculty of Federal Advocates.
