Ms. Ramage is a founding member of the law firm of Ramage Lykos, LLC, which focuses its practice in the area of employment law. She primarily represents plaintiffs in litigation involving employment matters including age, gender, disability and retaliation discrimination, as well as claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Equal Pay Act and related Constitutional claims. She is a regular speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and has appeared as a guest lecturer at Duquesne Universitys Graduate School of Business, Duquesne University’s School of Law and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Ms. Johnston earned her B.A. from Dickinson College and her J.D. at the Duquesne University School of Law, where she was an Editor for the magazine, Juris. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and a Fellow of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County (President 2023). She is a Past Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Ms. Ramage is also a member of the Bar Association of the Third Federal Circuit, the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Western Pennsylvania Employment Lawyers Association. She is a past president of the Duquesne University Law Alumni Association. The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly awarded Ms. Ramage 1 of 15 Women of the Year awards in 2008. She has received several substantial verdicts in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff cases at trial against a variety of employers, including the areas largest health care system, various school districts and a major airline. Ms. Ramage has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer since 2010. She has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America since 2012, the same year she was certified as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The Top Trial Lawyers in America. She is also rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell.
