Carl S. Cansino

Carl practices in the area of Criminal Defense in both State and Federal Courts. He has an Associates and Bachelors degree from Florida State University and law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Before establishing The Cansino Law Firm in 2004 he was an Assistant District Attorney in the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit.

Carl has been recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers as a top attorney in the area of criminal defense. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America.

He serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL) and holds the office of Regional Vice President. Carl is an elected member of the State
Bar of Georgia Board of Governors and serves as Chairman of the Georgia Department of Laws Advisory Committee on Consumer Protection.
