On this National Civic Pride Day, ACTL Treasurer Catherine Recker sat down with WPHL-TV to discuss the College’s partnership with the National Constitution Center (NCC) through virtual Scholar Exchanges. Through our participation in this rapidly growing NCC program, Fellows have helped teach civics education to more than 15,000 students in nearly all 50 states.
This program is a powerful opportunity to connect students of all ages directly with legal experts like our Fellows, fostering understanding about constitutional principles, encouraging critical thinking and modeling civil discourse.
