On December 9, President Day and his wife Joy traveled to Philadelphia for the Pennsylvania Fellows State Dinner, held at the Pyramid Club. State Chair Linda Dale Hoffman organized the event attended by around thirty-five Fellows and ten spouses. Attendees at the dinner included Past President Bart Dalton, Treasurer Katie Recker, former Regents Bob Welch and Dennis Suplee, and current Regent David Ross. President Day spoke about the Cornerstone Project – sharing successful committee initiatives and providing practical guidance to states and provinces for duplication – along with the process by which the Board decides whether to issue statements and the importance of identifying new candidates for fellowship. President Day also recognized the work of the Pennsylvania State Committee increasing outreach through CLE programs for Fellows, attorneys and state court judges.
The Pennsylvania Fellows also had a Luncheon in Pittsburgh on December 16, 2025. Fellow John Conti, a member of the Pennsylvania State Committee and Chair of the ACTL Judiciary Committee, hosted the event at his law firm Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote. Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Christine Donahue spoke to the well-attended event about the importance of judicial independence. Regent David Ross also attended and provided an overview of issues discussed at the College leadership workshop in Minneapolis.
