On June 28, 2023 - the Thirtieth Anniversary of Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, Inc. - the Federal Rules of Evidence Committee hosted a Zoom Presentation on Daubert, examining recent developments and its application in civil and criminal proceedings.
