TRITON CATAMARAN DAY ON THE BAY (Friday)
The Triton was commissioned and splashed into San Diego Bay on August 1st, 2020, making it the newest and largest San Diego yacht rental catamaran. LA JOLLA SEA CAVES KAYAKING (Friday and Saturday)
Glide along in tandem kayaks with your guide through the Ecological Reserve and Underwater Park, a marine protected area and one of San Diego’s most famous attractions. The Reserve is home to leopard sharks, Garibaldi, lush kelp beds, sea lions and pods of dolphins. Ocean conditions permitting, your guide will lead you safely through one of the caves. (Price $175)

VISIT THE USS MIDWAY AIRCRAFT CARRIER
USS Midway Aircraft Carrier was the Navy’s longest serving carrier of the 20th century (1945-1992) and the largest ship in the world for a decade. Over those 47 years, she was the home to over 200,000 Americans. The USS Midway made her final tour of duty in San Diego and now offers an interactive and educational museum experience. Just a 20 minute walk along the harbor from the Marriott Marquis, USS Midway can be visited during your free time on Thursday, Friday or Saturday afternoons. Last admission is at 4pm, and closes at 5pm, allowing for plenty of time to enjoy and then attend the ACTL evening events. VISIT THE SAN DIEGO ZOO
There is no better way to “get your steps in” than a visit to the world-famous San Diego Zoo, which lays in the heart of iconic Balboa Park. There are over 4,000 birds, mammals and reptiles to visit in their national environment among the 100 acres of lush botanical gardens. There are many options for your afternoon, including the Skyfari Aerial Tram, a double decker guided bus tour or simply stroll among the lush paths.
