Schedule of Events

The Leadership Workshop will begin late Sunday afternoon followed by dinner for Fellows and their spouses/guests under the beautiful Arizona sky. It’s Halloween night, so costumes are encouraged. The program will continue on Monday with a working breakfast, breakouts and all-day General Session followed by dinner including your spouse/guest. We will end with a working breakfast on Tuesday morning in order to accommodate flights leaving on Tuesday. Your spouse or guest is welcome and encouraged to attend both dinners and the spouse/guest activity and brunch on Monday morning.

Special Halloween Dinner Event

Pack your favorite costume or mask (broomstick optional) as we enjoy a fun outdoor event with some ghoulish good food, bewitching beverages and enchanting photo-ops.

Costumes encouraged!


Special Event for Spouse/Guest

All are encouraged to join us for a private Jeep excursion and tour around the canyons of the Tortolita Mountains that surround the resort. Our Jeeps will depart the hotel, and all will gather for a stop in the desert for a cactus inspired margarita before returning to the resort for a locally-inspired brunch. This event is the perfect way for spouses and guests to get to know those they will see over the next years at ACTL meetings and events.
