Throughout my practice, I have been engaged in litigation, arbitration, mediation and related transactional matters constituting extensive procedural and substantive variety, including cases between and involving American, European, Asian and Australian companies and witnesses. This litigation has encompassed criminal and civil, corporate and individual, federal, state and administrative proceedings. I have been lead counsel in jury and bench trials, injunction actions, bankruptcy and administrative trials and proceedings, as well as, earlier in my practice, second chair in such proceedings. I have also written innumerable appellate briefs and orally argued scores of appeals. In all, this experience as a trial lawyer has included the subject of antitrust, bankruptcy, commodities, customs, international transactions, contracts, criminal offenses, defamation, environmental protection, intellectual property, employment and labor, mass torts, personal injury, product liability, secured transactions, securities, taxation and other areas.

I have taught, written, and lectured extensively on intellectual property, letters of credit, secured transactions, contracts, civil and criminal procedure, trial practice, advocacy, private international law, and related subsidiary subjects.

In recognition of my professional experience and reputation, I am a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and a former member of its International Committee. Membership to the College is achieved only by nomination of your professional peers and not by application.

I am presently listed in Whos Who in the World, Whos Who (in America), and Whos Who in American Law.
