Emily L. Dahm

Emily Dahm is a partner at Mirador Law (www.miradorlaw.com), a small firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she practices criminal defense and plaintiff’s personal injury law. She is a 2004 graduate of Berkeley Law (formerly Boalt Hall School of Law) at the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to joining Mirador Law, Ms. Dahm was an associate at Latham & Watkins, LLP, in their Hong Kong and San Francisco offices between and then spent nearly a decade as a deputy public defender in San Francisco. Ms. Dahm is a certified specialist in criminal law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, was the President of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice in 2024, and, in 2025, was a finalist for Trial Lawyer of the Year by the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.
