Committees - General Committees
There are more than 30 General Committees of the College. Some
monitor and participate in rule-making related to judicial
processes. Others focus on issues affecting the
profession. Still others are concerned with College
administration and the conferral of awards.
For many years, a noteworthy contribution of the College’s
General Committees has been papers on timely subjects affecting the
profession and the administration of justice. These papers, which
are confined to subjects where the College believes it can make a
significant contribution, are reviewed and approved by the Board of
Regents for publication and distribution.
