Committees - Ad Hoc Committees
These committees are appointed by the President to handle specific
issues that arise during the President’s term and are outside the
mandate of the General Committees.
Examples of issues handled by recent and current Ad Hoc Committees
include lawyer advertising, judicial independence, sentencing
guidelines, discovery of electronically stored information, and the
future of the civil trial.
