About Us - Award for Courageous Advocacy
In 1964 the American College of Trial Lawyers Award for Courageous
Advocacy was established. The Award may be made to any lawyer, whether
or not a Fellow of the College.
The particular courageous advocacy for which the recipient is
selected need not have been rendered during the year in which the
selection is made.
The Award is in the form of a scroll making appropriate reference to
the particular representation or cause involved.
